By clicking "Buy Now" you are paying a deposit, which is non refundable. (unless I cannot commit to make you deseried items, where a full refund will be given!) You are also paying towards your item/s.
 
After i've read your request, I'll be able to get a quote(invoice) to you for the remainder, the remainder then can be paid through the link which will be sent via email. I wont be able to start making until the full balance has been recieved.
